This role is pivotal in co-developing and executing the Mining Crushers product roadmap, ensuring that our large HP and MP cone crushers portfolio remains competitive, aligned with customer needs, and supported through their full lifecycle. This role also collaborates cross functionally with R&D, Engineering, Market Areas, Aftermarket, Delivery, Supply Chain, and Quality to guide product strategy, maintain product data integrity, and enable successful product launches and market positioning.</p> <p>When not traveling this individual should be located near one of our local offices within the Americas. This position may entail up to 30% global travel.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Lead global portfolio strategy and lifecycle management for Large HP and MP crusher products. </li><li>Maintain a product roadmap aligned with the Mining Crushers business strategy. </li><li>Use customer, application, and competitor insights to guide portfolio decisions. </li><li>Align factory pipeline and demand forecasting to support efficient production planning. </li><li>Act as Product Owner, translating customer needs into technical requirements for cone crusher development. </li><li>Partner with R&D and Engineering to prioritize projects and support validation and field testing. </li><li>Enhance product competitiveness through cost, reliability, manufacturability, and commercialization improvements. </li><li>Equip Market Areas with technical guidance, sales tools, launch materials, and Aftermarket readiness. </li></ul> <p>Who you are:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product management, engineering, or similar technical roles. </li><li>Strong background in engineering and/or product management, with demonstrated experience driving technical product decisions. </li><li>Strong understanding of cone crusher design, circuit applications, performance KPIs. </li><li>Proven ability to operate effectively within complex, global matrix organizations and manage cross functional relationships. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, with a strong mechanical aptitude supported by working knowledge of electrical, automation, and hydraulic systems. </li><li>High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams. </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you:</p> <ul> <li>An inspiring purpose - Enabling sustainable modern life.
