<p>#LI-Hybrid</p> <p>Essential Functions and Primary Duties</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as primary initial contact for written and verbal communications with internal and external candidates on behalf of the Recruiting Team and hiring managers</p> </li><li> <p>Efficiently coordinate and schedule the candidate interviews with the hiring managers by utilizing Outlook calendars, contacting the candidates and the hiring managers, and booking rooms as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Plan and manage candidate office visits, including troubleshooting, and on-site logistical issues (e.g., last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, finding interview rooms)</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct research to map markets to determine the best sources of qualified candidates for each assigned market</p> </li><li> <p>Represent CBIZ brand through communications with applicants and candidates</p> </li><li> <p>May conduct initial candidate phone screens</p> </li><li> <p>Provide support on recruiting technology; enable and support applications</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate candidate tracking across all business units</p> </li><li> <p>May conduct recruiting market research; produce reports</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate inputs from multiple sources to achieve recruiting goals</p> </li><li> <p>Manage multiple priorities from multiple stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Administer special projects as requested; communicate status</p> </li><li> <p>Gain proficiency in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to create and manage requisitions</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate recruiting metrics; gather and interpret data; prepare reports; present data to team and internal HR stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Organize and support execution of campus events, internship program and additional various recruiting events</p> </li><li> <p>Support building and executing a careers-focused social media strategy through competitive research to generate, edit, and publish weekly content</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with CBIZ professionals to administer internal documents via DocuSign</p> </li><li> <p>Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree</p> </li><li> <p>Presentation & communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced Microsoft Office skills</p> </li><li> <p>Computer proficiency in LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter</p> </li><li> <p>Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to meet assigned timelines</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills both oral and written with all levels of an organization, both internally and externally</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an</p> </li></ul> <p>organization, both internally and externally</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proficient use of applicable technology</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently</p> </li></ul>
