These tasks include: tray assembly, tray and cart delivery, mechanical and/or hand washing of all food service plate ware, utensils, equipment and pots/pans. The Utility Associate is responsible for maintaining quality, cleanliness and ongoing sanitation of all dishroom and food service production areas. Duties include but are not limited to: retrieval of carts with soiled trays, cleaning of all plate ware, utensils, equipment, floors and pots/pans, using the pot and pan sink and dishwasher, mopping and sanitizing all food prep floor areas, cleaning checklists, temperature logs, and maintenance reports.</p> <p>Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English</p> <p>Reliable, dependable team player</p> <p>With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth.
