Backgrounds in janitorial, food service, landscaping, construction, or other hands-on roles are a great fit.</p> <p>Our technicians complete a structured, on-the-job training program alongside experienced professionals and receive ongoing support to stay current with industry advancements. We also provide a full certification program, including guidance from a board-certified entomologist, to help you successfully complete state licensing requirements and build your career in the field. Company vehicles are provided upon certification.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Determining the kind of treatment required to eliminate a particular type of pest. </li><li>Advising customers on the kind of treatment required to eliminate identified pests. </li><li>Inspecting customers' premises to identify pest problems. </li><li>Filling out all necessary paperwork upon completion of each job. </li><li>Communicating with office staff in order to schedule services with customers. </li><li>Applying suitable pesticides to infested areas by following the label instructions and complying with safety procedures. </li><li>Responding to customers' requests for various pest control services. </li><li>Identifying opportunities to sell additional company services and products. </li><li>Adjusting chemical mixtures according to the size of the infested areas. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
