<p>Behavioral Health Resident</p> <p>Location: Various</p> <p>Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week</p> <p>Salary: $64,350.00 annually</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Behavioral Health Resident will provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families, conduct crisis intervention and stabilization, support addiction recovery, and help patients manage mental health symptoms, grief, and relationship challenges. This role directly supports Sun River Health's mission to improve access to comprehensive, patient-centered care, particularly for underserved populations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy</p> <p>Conduct crisis intervention and stabilization</p> <p>Support addiction recovery programs</p> <p>Assist patients in managing mental health symptoms</p> <p>Document patient encounters and maintain accurate records</p> <p>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Master's degree in counseling, Creative Arts Therapy, or Social Work</p> <p>Licensed LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent preferred</p> <p>Strong communication skills in English (bilingual preferred)</p> <p>Familiarity with EMR and telehealth platforms</p> <p>Commitment to serving underserved and vulnerable communities</p> <p>About Sun River Health</p> <p>Sun River Health has a rich history of providing quality, affordable health care to communities in need.
