If you want to make a difference, be part of a great team and grow, you might be a perfect fit.</p> <p>About the Job</p> <p>We have an exciting opportunity to join the Tailored Brands Real Estate team as Sr. Procurement Manager, Construction. This role will play a critical part in managing the procurement process in support of our multi-year new store and remodel construction program across all TBI brands, and partnering closely with Visual Merchandising, Store Design, and Corporate Procurement to ensure aligned, consistent delivery across all brands. You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the Corporate Procurement team to identify and secure vendors for all store fixtures, materials and consultants to support the growth plans of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction sourcing, vendor management, and cost controls to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with company standards. This is a remote position and reports directly to the Senior Director of Construction.</p> <p>What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement end-to-end procurement strategies for store construction, remodels, and design initiatives across multiple locations </li><li>Monitor market trends, benchmark pricing and industry developments to formulate sourcing strategies, identify new cost-saving opportunities, assess risks and analyze potential suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing for fixtures. </li><li>Collaborate with Corporate Procurement to develop, evaluate, and maintain a robust prequalified network of qualified suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring high quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery to support expansion and remodel plans. </li><li>Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and implement corrective actions when necessary. </li><li>Assess and mitigate risks related to procurement, including market volatility and supplier reliability. </li><li>Oversee the execution of project takeoffs and purchase order & delivery management for all owner furnished materials for proper new store, remodel and repairs projects. </li><li>Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services to meet construction timelines and opening schedules. </li><li>Monitor and manage the procurement process from order placement to delivery, addressing any issues that arise, including the Construction in Progress (CIP) program. </li><li>Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports on spend analysis, vendor performance, and cost savings. </li><li>Additional duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring | Skills & Experience</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS degree in Procurement, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field. </li><li>Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience with at least 5 years focused on construction procurement in a multi-site environment (retail, QSR or commercial construction) </li><li>Strong technical understanding of construction drawings, construction specifications, and required construction documentation. </li><li>Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., AIA), bidding processes, and vendor negotiations. </li><li>Strong analytical and financial acumen </li><li>Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and OneDrive required </li><li>Proficient in procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Procore). </li><li>Self-motivated and self-directed </li><li>Organized and able to create and maintain multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules </li></ul> <p>Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining the final salary. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy.
