Join us and be part of a culture that prioritizes growth, collaboration, and innovation!</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Perform general building maintenance at one or more of our area Dealerships/Collision Centers </li><li>Complete minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs </li><li>Repair lighting, switches, outlets, fixtures, and equipment </li><li>Fix leaks, replace faucets, and clear drains </li><li>Perform painting, wall repairs, and door hardware repairs </li><li>Replace HVAC filters, belts, and perform preventative maintenance </li><li>Monitor building systems and identify maintenance needs </li><li>Coordinate and oversee outside vendors when needed </li><li>Travel between dealership locations (company vehicle provided) </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of building or facilities maintenance experience preferred </li><li>Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage priorities • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail </li><li>Valid driver's license with good driving record </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical maintenance tasks </li><li>Reliable, dependable, and motivated professional </li></ul> <p>We are an equal opportunity, drug-free employer that supports diversity and inclusion.</p>
