Provides a variety of services to healthcare professionals and clients and assists in the attainment of short-term and long-term goals. Increases the utilization of community services and mentors individuals with behavioral health or substance abuse issues. Collaborates with internal staff and develops customized solutions.</p> <ul> <li>This position will require successful completion of a Level II Background Screening </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <p>Essential:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <p>Essential:</p> <ul> <li>One year of related experience.
