<p>The Knolls of Oxford, a continuing care retirement community, located in Oxford, OH, is seeking full-time compassionate RN Supervisors to add to our nursing team! We're currently looking for a fulltime night Supervisor (7p-730a). The pay range for this position is $40.00- $44.00 per hour. Pay is based on prior experience. There is a $2.00 shift differential for night shift starting at 7p. Some supervisory experience is required.</p> <p>The RN Supervisor oversees the nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. They coordinate daily operations, manage staffing, and provide clinical guidance to support efficient and safe nursing practices. This role also involves mentoring team members and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs, STNAs, and RCPs) on assigned unit during night shift </li><li>Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with facility policies and state regulations </li><li>Monitor resident care and ensure adherence to care plans and safety protocols </li><li>Conduct rounds to assess resident status and address any concerns </li><li>Communicate and work collaboratively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members as needed </li><li>Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations </li><li>Respond to and manage emergencies and changes in resident conditions </li><li>Promote a positive and respectful work environment, supporting teamwork and staff morale </li><li>Demonstrate professional excellence and customer service to residents and their families. </li><li>Promote compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and policies </li><li>Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to staff on shift </li><li>Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio </li><li>Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred </li><li>Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred </li><li>Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills </li><li>Must be dependable, compassionate, and committed to resident-centered care </li></ul> <p>Benefits: Benefits will begin after 30 days of employment!
