<p>Temporary Delivery Driver Associate</p> <p>Role Summary</p> <p>Reporting to the Site Supervisor, the Contingent Delivery Driver will be essential in our delivery operations, including loading/unloading vans at our warehouse and customer sites. This role is an amazing opportunity to supplement income for the Holidays. As one of our Delivery Driver Associates, you are essential in ensuring our customers are happy by delivering their products on time and with a smile. We're looking for Delivery Drivers that can operate a large vehicle such as a pickup truck, Van, large SU or a small box truck. You can own the vehicle, or we can provide one.</p> <p>Key Result Areas</p> <p>Loading vans according to the delivery schedule</p> <p>Operating a commercial van between our warehouse and customer locations</p> <p>Interact positively and professionally with customers and the public while delivering products to customer business locations</p> <p>Partner with Operations on ensuring product delivery and quality</p> <p>Use handheld technology to deliver customer orders, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles</p> <p>Sort and prepare a delivery route to meet the client's delivery schedule</p> <p>Ensure delivery vehicle is always clean and in good operating condition and unloading/cleaning of equipment and vehicle upon completion of the route</p> <p>Skills / Qualifications:</p> <p>Ability to operate and navigate sprinter vans and effectively use GPS</p> <p>Possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence</p> <p>Delivery experience is required, customer service experience preferred</p> <p>Highly collaborative and consistently working on process improvement</p> <p>Comfortable learning new software and providing feedback on apps</p> <p>Detail-oriented, reliable, on-time, and organized</p> <p>A quick learner, proactive, and works quickly</p> <p>Capable of moving up and downstairs at client locations</p> <p>Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50+ pounds</p> <p>Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and stretch during shifts</p> <p>Strong time management when dealing with systems/customers/staff</p> <p>XPDEL, Inc. is committed to an inclusive workplace that does not discriminate against race, nationality, religion, age, marital status, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
