<p>CONMED Foot & Ankle is seeking a highly creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team. This roll will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create compelling visual assets that support branding, product launches, and educational initiatives. If you are a creative thinker with a passion for healthcare innovation and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging designs, we want you on our team.</p> <p>Key Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead design projects from concept through execution across digital and print platforms. </li><li>Develop original design concepts, including medical illustrations, animations, and infographics. </li><li>Support design rebranding initiatives ensuring compliance with medical device regulations. </li><li>Apply advanced typography and layout techniques to enhance user experience and brand consistency. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials for surgeons, patients, and internal stakeholders. </li><li>Maintain brand integrity across all channels and campaigns. </li><li>Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in medical device marketing. </li><li>Manage production and quality checks for all creative deliverables. </li><li>Possibility for limited travel </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors in related field. </li><li>2+ years of experience in graphic design </li></ul> <p>The Ideal Candidate Will Bring</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). </li><li>Strong knowledge of HTML5 and digital design best practices. </li><li>Ability to think creatively and generate innovative design solutions under tight deadlines. </li><li>Experience with multimedia design, including animations and illustrations. </li><li>Expertise in web wireframing and web design principles. </li><li>Experience working in a regulated environment. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. </li><li>Medical animations and illustrations. </li><li>Ability to design within compliance standards. </li><li>This position is not eligible for employer-based visa sponsorship. </li></ul> <p>Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $61,000 - $88,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.</p> <p>This job posting is anticipated to close on December 31, 2025.
