<p>Franciscan Health Crown Point</p> <p>12750 S Francis Dr Crown Point, Indiana 46307</p> <p>The Patient Companion I is a role within Franciscan which reviews and follows patient care instructions provided by charge nurse/nursing professional, clarifies any patient questions, monitors the patient, and notifies nursing staff of the need for patient assistance or when leaving patient's bedside.
