Backed by our national strength and our local partners' role is to be a steady presence, a source of comfort and guidance, and a partner in celebrating the life and legacy of the person who has passed.</p> <p>The Impact You Will Make</p> <p>The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for ensuring that company contracts meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, and overall quality expectations. Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, this role develops and executes audit plans, collaborates across departments, and delivers clear, actionable insights to leadership. The position plays an important part in maintaining consistency across contract processes and supporting remediation efforts, while also contributing to broader audit initiatives and special projects.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct audits of contracts for adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards. </li><li>Develop audit plans, criteria, and testing methodologies specific to contract compliance. </li><li>Document audit findings, prepare reports, and present actionable recommendations to leadership. </li><li>Collaborate with Legal, Accounting, Operations, and other departments to ensure consistency and compliance. </li><li>Assist in the development and maintenance of standardized QA and audit procedures related to contracts. </li><li>Track and follow up on remediation efforts resulting from audit findings. </li><li>Complete QA audits in a timely, organized, and professional manner. </li><li>Support broader operational audits and initiatives as directed by the Financial Reporting Manager. </li><li>Participate in special projects and investigations as assigned. </li><li>May involve limited travel to audit records or processes at various company locations. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. </li><li>1-3 years of experience in internal auditing, compliance, contract administration, or related areas. </li><li>Experience reviewing or auditing contracts, documentation, or procedures for compliance. </li><li>Ability to understand and apply internal policies and SOPs. </li><li>High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word). </li><li>Experience with contract management systems and workflow platforms preferred. </li><li>Must possess valid drivers license. </li><li>Availability to travel on an as needed basis. </li></ul> <p>Core Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Compassion - Genuinely cares about people; is concerned about their work and non-work problems; is available and ready to help; is sympathetic to the plight of others not as fortunate; demonstrates real empathy with the joys and pains of others. </li><li>Customer Focus - Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect. </li><li>Ethics and Values - Adheres to appropriate (for the setting) and effective set of core values and beliefs during both good and bad times; acts in line with those values; rewards the right values and disapproves of others; practices what he/she preaches. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Onsite at our Altamonte Springs, FL Support Center; Monday through Friday. </li></ul> <p>Our Investment in You</p> <p>Everstory Partners is proud to provide our employees with a quality work environment and opportunity for both personal and professional growth.
