<p>Overview</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>The Program Representative supports Electric Boat's Tool Issue and Material Management initiatives, combining administrative and analytical responsibilities with hands-on operational support. This position plays a vital role in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and readiness across the systems and processes that keep production running smoothly.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the management of tool crib materials and inventory. </li><li>Support the coordination and oversight of vending programs for construction consumables. </li><li>Assist in the management of personal issue tools, ensuring accountability and data integrity. </li><li>Support "Welder Make Ready" and related readiness initiatives. </li><li>Collaborate with operations, logistics, and program teams to improve process efficiency and program performance. </li><li>Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to tool issue and material management. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>2+ years' experience supporting construction and/or testing activities. </li><li>Willingness to work overtime as required. </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with ATICTS </li><li>1+ years experience with oracle or similar business systems </li><li>Experience with metrics development or data management </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li>ATICTS </li><li>Spars </li><li>Mainframe </li><li>MRPII </li><li>Oracle </li><li>Microsoft Office </li></ul> <p>Physical Qualifications</p> <p>Climbing, Color Vision, Light Lifting, Medium Lifting, Pulling, Pushing, Reaching, Twisting</p> <p>Environmental Attributes</p> <p>Cold, Dry, Dusty, Fumes, Hot, Inside, Noise, Oily, Outside, Wet</p>
