<p>Akkodis is seeking an Analyst, Product Surveillance II for a Contract with a client in Burlington, MA. This role supports product surveillance activities to ensure high-quality outputs and compliance with global regulatory requirements.</p> <p>Rate Range: $40/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Analyst, Product Surveillance II job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Conducting product surveillance and quality-related activities, including complaint handling and medical writing, to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyzing quality data using tools such as Excel and Power BI to identify trends, support investigations, and drive informed decision-making.</p> </li><li> <p>Leading or contributing to cross-functional initiatives to resolve complex quality issues and support continuous improvement efforts.</p> </li><li> <p>Providing compliant, comprehensive, and practical solutions to a wide range of quality challenges with minimal oversight.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to influence project direction, support quality objectives, and ensure effective communication.</p> </li><li> <p>Supporting and, when needed, overseeing QA professionals or contractors while executing tactical quality activities within the assigned function.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality or a related field, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong background in complaint handling, medical writing, and regulatory compliance to support product surveillance activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI, with the ability to communicate findings across cross-functional teams.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
