<p>The Recruiter plays a vital role in helping our teams grow by building strong relationships with hiring managers and supporting them in identifying, attracting, and onboarding the best talent. This position is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process across our Michigan and Ohio locations (currently 11 sites), maintaining our applicant tracking system (ATS), and supporting broader HRIS activities. The ideal candidate thrives on collaboration, takes initiative, and brings a relationship-first mindset to recruitment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Promote and support our safety-first culture in all aspects of the recruiting and onboarding process. </li><li>Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide market insights, and develop tailored recruitment strategies. </li><li>Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for all open roles across all locations, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. </li><li>Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related HRIS tools to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency. </li><li>Develop and nurture a strong pipeline of talent through networking, employee referrals, social media, job boards, industry associations, and community outreach. </li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to create, update, and refine job descriptions and postings based on evolving team needs. </li><li>Analyze recruiting and hiring data, preparing reports and metrics to share trends and performance with HR leadership and business stakeholders. </li><li>Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings in accordance with company policy. </li><li>Lead and coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for all new employees. </li><li>Represent the company at job fairs, community events, and networking functions to enhance our employer brand and attract diverse talent. </li><li>Support adherence to internal policies, including the Collective Bargaining Agreement for union-related staffing processes. </li><li>Meet regularly with department leaders to review hiring progress, gather feedback, and refine recruitment efforts. </li><li>Post job openings in a variety of channels, using creativity and market knowledge to reach the right candidates. </li><li>Contribute to other HR projects and duties as needed to support the department and business goals. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. </li><li>Minimum 5 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment, utilizing an ATS. </li><li>Proven ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams. </li><li>Strong computer skills and ability to manage a digital recruiting strategy, including social media and online sourcing. </li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on tact, collaboration, and relationship-building. </li><li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively solve problems. </li></ul> <p>This position requires US Citizenship or US Permanent Resident Alien Status.</p> <p>Who We Are:</p> <p>ArtiFlex Manufacturing, and our family of companies, design and build products and solutions for companies with tough challenges by employing people with a willingness and ability to be "Innovative.
