<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Provider Scheduling Coordinator in Denver, CO. These positions are fully remote, and candidates can sit anywhere nationwide as long as they can commit to the Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm MT work schedule.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Performs semi-routine data analysis, editing, and formatting to produce regular status reports, graphs, spreadsheets and presentation material </li><li>Provides support and product production, such as graphics services, to the department </li><li>Collects all related and pertinent information from team members and managers </li><li>Develops and produces standard and ad hoc reports ensuring data accuracy and formatting </li><li>Maintains and operates databases and automated systems </li><li>Contributes to and supports department projects </li><li>Coordinates and oversees the function and activities of support staff to ensure tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner </li><li>Responds to and fulfills miscellaneous requests for information and reports from within and outside of client in accordance with established policies and procedures </li><li>Establishes working relationships and serves as liaison with vendors </li><li>When assigned to a medical department, may prepare and maintain physician's master schedules for multiple departments, coordinate all physician schedule changes, and ensure adequate coverage for all medical areas </li><li>Contacts physicians to arrange for coverage and schedule changes </li><li>Functions as department resource in application and training in use of software, schedules and coordinates all hardware and equipment repairs; May assist in software installation and troubleshoots hardware and software* Associates degree in Computers, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Healthcare or related field, or two (2) years of additional relevant work experience as a substituted for the degree </li><li>Bachelor's degree in related field, or four (4) years of experience in directly related field </li><li>2+ years of experience building/maintaining Provider Schedules utilizing a software application or three (3) years of experience in providing direct technical support related to Provider Scheduling tasks, or two (2) years of experience coordinating Provider Scheduling systems or projects </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills </li><li>Applied use of analytical skills including data analysis </li><li>Ability to convey or exchange complex information including understanding statements of operations and procedural routines </li><li>Ability to communicate with internal customers at all levels of an organization </li></ul>
