This role leads a team of talent acquisition specialists, recruiters, and onboarding specialists ensuring the organization attracts and hires qualified candidates that fit the culture and values of our Company. The TA Manager develops and implements strategies to improve the efficiency and the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function, such as employer branding, talent pipeline, onboarding, educational partnerships, diversity and inclusion, and candidate experience. The role also collaborates with executive leadership and HR Business Partners to understand the current and future hiring needs, and align the talent acquisition goals with the business objectives. Additionally, the TA Manager will promote a productive and positive work environment that supports the company's overall objectives and helps employees thrive in their roles.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities/Activities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead team of recruiting professionals responsible for the hiring/recruitment processes across all locations (Redmond, OR, Tulsa, OK, Memphis, TN, Longview, TX, Kansas City, MO), including job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. </li><li>Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, including performance evaluation, coaching, and feedback. </li><li>Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies that incorporate best practices and support production growth, including high school and university relations recruitment strategies. </li><li>Review and approve new requisitions and offers. </li><li>Manage budgeted headcount process and work with Accounting on annual budgeting cycle and People Analytics on position management. </li><li>Utilize data analytics to forecast hiring needs, manage requisition times, and overall recruiting effectiveness. </li><li>Lead global orientation and onboarding efforts to provide employees with great employee experience and helps us retain a strong workforce. </li><li>Partner with Learning & Development department on onboarding efforts. </li><li>Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as hiring managers, candidates, employees, vendors, and educational partnerships. </li><li>Create and enhances the employer brand and value proposition to attract and retain diverse and qualified talent. </li><li>Oversee the full cycle of recruitment and hiring, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. </li><li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the talent acquisition processes, systems, and tools, and recommending improvements and best practices. </li><li>Manage the talent acquisition budget and resources, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. </li><li>Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in talent acquisition, and participating in relevant networks and events. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education and Experience Requirements:</p> <p>Degree(s): Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with a minimum of 7 years experience.</p> <p>Certification(s): PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred</p> <p>Essential Mental Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. </li><li>Advanced understanding of human resources principles. </li><li>Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. </li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Previous experience working with the Talent Acquisition Workday module preferred. </li></ul> <p>Essential Physical Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift up to 25lbs. </li><li>Sitting for prolonged periods </li><li>Requires periodic visits to manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure. </li><li>Up to 25-50% travel may be required to support all locations including overnight stays. </li></ul> <p>Disclaimer:</p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
