<p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level, confidential administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This role is essential to the effective coordination and execution of leadership activities, including logistical planning and documentation for SLT meetings and quarterly/annual strategic planning sessions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, discreet, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Strategic Time Management & Executive Support</p> <ul> <li>Manage a wide range of administrative tasks including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and project follow-through. </li><li>Provide proactive support by anticipating leadership needs and serving as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. </li><li>Support SLT members and their functional teams by prioritizing tasks, coordinating projects, and helping track deliverables. </li><li>Act as a resource for project management, occasionally guiding Associates on workflow, decision-making, and day-to-day execution. </li><li>Prepare and facilitate meetings: schedule, develop agendas, record key actions, and collaborate with the Events Planning Manager to manage logistics, travel, and communication. </li><li>Draft and edit reports and presentations tailored to varied audiences; ensure SLT members are briefed, informed, and prepared. </li><li>Maintain excellent calendar and travel logistics, adjusting quickly to shifting priorities with minimal oversight. </li><li>Build strong relationships across the organization and externally; occasionally represent leaders in meetings and stay current on key initiatives. </li><li>Respond promptly and professionally to requests from Krause Group leadership, staff, and clients. </li><li>Be available outside of standard business hours as needed, especially when supporting leaders during travel (domestic or international). </li></ul> <p>Senior Leadership Team (SLT) Meeting Support</p> <ul> <li>Lead coordination of SLT meetings ("Staff"), including scheduling, agenda development, minute-taking, and follow-up tracking. </li><li>Serve as a key enabler of leadership alignment, ensuring actionable follow-through and visibility. </li></ul> <p>Strategic Planning Session (SPS) Support</p> <ul> <li>Oversee logistics and coordination of quarterly and annual Strategic Planning Sessions. </li><li>Manage pre-session preparation, venue arrangements, on-site execution, and post-session communications and task tracking. </li></ul> <p>Leadership Onboarding</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute onboarding plans for SLT, Extended Leadership Team, and new Executive Administrative Assistants. </li><li>Partner with Grow People (HR) and IT to craft and implement a strategic onboarding experience, covering the first 4-6 weeks. </li><li>Integrate new Associates into the culture, operations, and expectations of Krause Group. </li></ul> <p>Additional Duties</p> <ul> <li>Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned. </li><li>Comply with all company policies and procedures. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Knowledge & Experience</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative or executive support role. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Strong ability to work independently with a proactive mindset. </li><li>Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. </li><li>Ability to prioritize and perform well under pressure. </li><li>Meticulous attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Comfortable interacting across all levels of the organization. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). </li><li>Discretion in handling confidential information with professionalism. </li><li>High level of poise, tact, and diplomacy. </li><li>Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth environment. </li></ul> <p>Note:</p> <p>Duties and responsibilities may evolve with business needs.
