The position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, architect solutions, and ensure successful delivery.</p> <p>Duties include but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Design end-to-end cloud management technical solutions that address business requirements and align with cloud management architecture principles and standards. Develop solution architectures, technical specifications, and system designs. </li><li>Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the solution development lifecycle. Collaborate with cloud architects, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with architectural best practices. </li><li>Work closely with user experience, business analysts, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Translate business requirements into cloud management technical solutions, considering factors such as security, scalability, and high availability of the cloud environment. </li><li>Evaluate new and emerging technologies to determine their suitability for inclusion in a cloud management technical solutions catalog. Conduct proof-of-concept evaluations and provide recommendations for cloud management technology adoption. </li><li>Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Ensure that cloud management solutions adhere to security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate cloud management technical solutions, gather feedback, and address concerns. Present technical proposals and recommendations to executive leadership and other key stakeholders. </li><li>Collaborate with cloud architecture project development teams to ensure that technical solutions are implemented according to design specifications. Provide technical oversight and support during the cloud architecture project implementation phase. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement in cloud management solution architecture processes and practices. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance cloud management solution quality. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications EMPLOYMENT:</p> <ul> <li>Seven (7) years of broad information technology (IT) experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of software coding and programming languages. </li><li>Five (5) years of specialized experience designing, executing, and supporting IT cloud solutions. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTIONS:</p> <p>Earned college degrees in computer science, computer engineering, information</p> <p>technology, mathematics, or a related field of study may substitute for the specified years of broad IT experience as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or higher-level degree in any field including or supplemented by 15 semester credit hours in computer science, computer engineering, information </li></ul> <p>technology, mathematics, or related field substitutes for three (3) years of general information technology experience; any bachelor's substitutes for two (2) years of general information technology experience.</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree with 15 semester credit hours in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, mathematics, or related field may substitute for one (1) year of general information technology experience.
