The Senior Product Manager oversees the</p> <p>product vision and strategy, and leads the planning, development, and execution of global products</p> <p>from start to finish.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <p>? Develop project strategy with a strong understanding of a given product and community</p> <p>? Identify opportunities to improve product quality, strategy, and business outcomes together</p> <p>with key stakeholders across the product life cycle</p> <p>? Liaise with production, producers, product managers, and others to host unforgettable events</p> <p>and competitions</p> <p>? Coordinate and motivate production and league operations around your product daily</p> <p>? Work cross functionally to design esports products keeping in consideration monetization,</p> <p>broadcast viability, and marketing strategy</p> <p>? Create timelines, deliverables, and goals for products responsible for</p> <p>? Oversee and guide marketing and social media strategies for products</p> <p>? Communicate and explain the product and its vision to all stakeholders internally and externally</p> <p>? Assist in the creation of scopes of work and project budgets with client and team input</p> <p>? Generate product reports, presentations, briefings, etc. with support from internal teams</p> <p>? Create and review both internal and client-facing presentations</p> <p>? Monitor product performance and customer feedback, mitigate potential risks, and solve</p> <p>problems</p> <p>What you need:</p> <p>? Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, Event Management, or another</p> <p>related field in tech, gaming, or entertainment</p> <p>? Experience creating amazing esports experiences or products with industry best practices</p> <p>? Deep understanding of tier 1, tier 2, and tier competitive and esports gaming titles and their</p> <p>respective communities, league structures and game formats</p> <p>? Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to carry out several tasks at the same time</p> <p>?
