<p>Privacy Policy - Core Natural Resources, Inc.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Touchstone Advanced Composites, a subsidiary of Core Natural Resources, is a rapidly growing supplier of high-tech tools and composite parts to the aerospace, space, defense, and other industries. We are seeking motivated individuals for the position of CNC Machinist who enjoy hand-on work, attention to detail, and working in a team environment to produce high-quality products. TAC offers competitive pay and benefits, with opportunities for career advancement</p> <p>This position will be responsible for the operation of a variety of CNC machine tools. This includes setting up and verifying tooling and setting part offsets.</p> <p>Target Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Accept, embrace, and promote the following Core Values of Core Natural Resources: Safety, Sustainability & Continuous Improvement </li><li>Knowledgeable in the use and application of precision measuring instruments. This would include calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gages, indicators, and scales. </li><li>Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpiece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements. </li><li>Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, inserts, accessories, and materials on machines as necessary to machine parts as required. </li><li>Responsible for loading parts, proving out programs, operating controls, setting offsets, simple program edits, and initial inspection of parts to ensure it meets tolerances. </li><li>Communicate with management, production control, quality, and other team members for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain all equipment, to like new appearance, according to maintenance plans and established procedures. </li><li>May perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years of age. </li><li>Ability to operate a variety of precision measuring instruments, including calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gages, indicators, and scales. </li><li>Minimum of two years of experience working on the set-up of 5-axis machines, such as Hass or Fanuc preferred. </li><li>Working knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, fixtures, inserts, and other accessories used to operate various machines. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret company documents, such as blueprints, safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures. </li><li>Good manual dexterity required to work with small parts. </li><li>Capable of recognizing and solving typical problems that can occur in own work area; evaluates and selects solutions from established options. </li><li>Effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time management, problem-prevention, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Able to work with cross-functional teams. </li><li>Able to identify areas of low efficiency and work to provide improvements. </li><li>Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time </li><li>Must be able to work as scheduled and arrive to the worksite promptly to receive work assignment. </li><li>Must be available to work overtime and weekends as business requires. </li></ul> <p>We look forward to seeing you</p> <p>Other details</p> <ul> <li>Job Family Hourly </li><li>Job Function Hourly CI </li><li>Pay Type Hourly </li></ul> <p>Apply Now</p> <ul> <li>CFOAM, 1142 Middle Creek Road, Triadelphia, West Virginia, United States of America </li></ul>
