<p>Stellantis Financial Services SFS is the new captive finance company for one of the worlds leading automakers and a mobility provider with iconic brands including Abarth Alfa Romeo Chrysler Citron Dodge DS Automobiles Fiat Jeep Lancia Maserati Opel Peugeot Ram Vauxhall Free2move and Leasys Our exciting growth provides opportunities to advance your career as we successfully lead products and services from a small to midsize company in just a few years Join our world class team and culture and contribute to our core mission which is enhancing our customers experience Position Summary The Director of Business Analytics is a senior leader responsible for the strategy execution and governance of the analytics function supporting credit risk servicing and default management across the organizations Retail Lease and Commercial lines of business This role leads a multi disciplinary team to deliver actionable intelligence that shapes credit policy informs executive decision making and ensures sound risk management practices The Director collaborates cross functionally with leaders across various departments to align the analytics agenda with enterprise objectives regulatory requirements and market conditions The role also manages the analytics roadmap vendor evaluation strategy and the departments operating budget serving as the organizations primary subject matter expert in business and risk analytics Essential Duties and Responsibilities Define communicate and execute the multi year Business Analytics strategy roadmap and capacity plan in alignment with the CROs priorities and enterprise risk appetiteOversee analytics supporting credit policy development including rules conditions stipulations automation strategies and post implementation monitoring across Retail Lease and Commercial channelsDirects the development validation performance monitoring and documentation of scoring algorithms and operational models eg CDR Fault Points DSM Servicing Behavior Score Default Priority Score Estimated Repo Sale PercentageLead market intelligence and benchmarking efforts leveraging tools such as Experian ADS peer comparisons vintage analysis delinquencyloss trends and competitive positioning briefingsDirect end to end evaluation integration and ongoing management of third party data products and analytical vendors eg Sentilink Neustar LexisNexis Point PredictiveOversee fair lending analytics including disparate impact testing ECOA compliance monitoring and UDAAP risk assessments ensuring all outputs comply with federal and state regulationsEnsure robust account segmentation vintage performance tracking and KPI variance analysis across servicing and default portfolios including Collections Repossession Remarketing Recovery and BankruptcyLegal operationsProvide direct oversight of Commercial Floor Planning analytics including dealer performance monitoring risk assessment and portfolio management supportDrive adoption of advanced analytics capabilities including machine learning AI assisted decisioning and reporting automation partnering with IT and Data Engineering on data infrastructure and platform needsLead mentor and develop a team of Associate Directors Senior Analysts and Analysts; set priorities manage workloads conduct performance evaluations and build a succession pipelineDevelop and manage the departmental operating budget including staffing technology vendor contracts and training; forecast resource needs and report on budget performanceEnsure compliance with all data privacy security and confidentiality standards promoting sound data governance practices including data lineage quality controls and access managementEducation Bachelors degree in Mathematics Statistics Economics Computer Science Finance or another quantitative field required Overtime required NA Travel 0 10 as required on an as needed basis Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities Atlanta GA;
