In addition, this role will provide support to the Management team by helping maintain the flow of the store to ensure a smooth shift. The Key Holder exemplifies the company's values and culture and will lead by example, maintaining company policies and procedures. The Key Holder will also assist Management in creating an environment that ensures the highest standards of patient/customer care, compliance, and maximum productivity and efficiency.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain a positive environment and premium experience for all patients/customers and staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Open and close store.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure 100% compliance with city and state codes and regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Model communication of our brand, company mission and values, and industry best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure an appropriate selection of sellable products are available at all times.</p> </li><li> <p>Edit backend menus and websites ensuring they are accurate for the day</p> </li><li> <p>Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment</p> </li><li> <p>Complete designated responsibilities in a timely manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead by example, following company policies and store procedures to maintain effective daily operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Support staff performance by providing proper training and giving appropriate feedback when necessary</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure the collection of patient/customer feedback for the purpose of providing the best customer experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Void tickets, replace defective products, and complete payouts as directed by management.</p> </li><li> <p>Help maintain accurate and tidy product displays.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide product quality inspections.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist Inventory Manager with harvest drops</p> </li><li> <p>Be familiar with regulations and have the ability to conduct an inspection walk-thru</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements (Education and Experience)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be able to obtain an ME/MTC badge</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to pass criminal background check</p> </li><li> <p>Some secondary education is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience budtending or extensive training in dispensary operations.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to work well in a team.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with POS systems, METRC inventory tracking system and Dutchie experience is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of basic compliance laws associated with the sale of marijuana.</p> </li><li> <p>Extensive product knowledge and general enthusiasm for cannabis.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication.</p> </li><li> <p>Background in high volume retail sales.</p> </li><li> <p>Success working both independently and in groups.</p> </li><li> <p>Enthusiasm to learn and ability to catch onto lengthy procedures quickly.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to count and organize large amounts of inventory.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of Good Chemistry's message, strains, and in-house products.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstration of basic computer proficiencies related to POS operation, Microsoft Suite, and Apple OS.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to commit to flexible schedule availability - must be on time for all shifts</p> </li><li> <p>Positive attitude and willingness to complete any task necessary to maintain store operations.</p> </li></ul> <p>Good Chemistry Nurseries is one of the country's leading providers of cannabis products and related services.
