This opportunity is ideal for someone who loves learning, is energized by building relationships, and is excited about a long-term sales career managing a multi-million-dollar territory.</p> <p>You'll enter an intensive 6-month hands-on training program, working closely with experienced Territory Managers and sales leaders. You'll learn our business, our customers, and the selling skills that make our team successful.</p> <p>Upon successful completion of the program, you'll be positioned for a Territory Manager role, responsible for driving growth, building customer partnerships, and serving as a trusted advisor across a diverse customer base.</p> <p>What You'll Learn & Do</p> <p>Comprehensive training across the full sales cycle, including territory management, prospecting, and pipeline planning</p> <p>Understanding of competitive landscapes and core selling skills</p> <p>Conducting high-quality customer calls and building long-term client relationships</p> <p>Identifying customer needs and delivering value-based solutions</p> <p>Gaining commitment and closing deals with integrity</p> <p>Exposure to operational processes such as deal management, auction operations, and customer support excellence</p> <p>Development of strong equipment and market knowledge, including heavy equipment fundamentals, valuation, and industry trends</p> <p>Hands-on experience with a wide range of machinery, including working outdoors in various weather conditions</p> <p>What You Bring</p> <p>0-2 years of experience in a structured sales role with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets</p> <p>High learning agility and genuine curiosity</p> <p>Strong work ethic paired with a positive, fun attitude</p> <p>Excellent communication and listening skills</p> <p>Ability to make sound decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment</p> <p>Natural relationship-building ability and authentic customer focus</p> <p>Willingness to travel 3-5 days per week within the territory</p> <p>Proximity to the assigned territory</p> <p>Ability to attend auctions and training several times per year</p> <p>A valid, clean driver's license</p> <p>Experience around heavy equipment is an asset</p> <p>Competitive spirit-always with integrity</p> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>Our success is built on the dedication of our people.
