<p>Job Title: Project Designer II</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>As a Project Designer II, you will independently lead design efforts for small- to mid-scale projects while supporting senior leadership on larger initiatives. You will collaborate across disciplines to develop typology studies, programming documents, site analyses, and conceptual designs that reflect client goals and project vision. This role plays a key part in shaping a collaborative, innovative design culture and communicating design ideas through both traditional and digital media.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Produce high-quality design deliverables throughout all project phases, including typology studies, programming documents, site analysis, sketches, models, renderings, and presentations. </li><li>Refine and advance design concepts to meet project objectives, sustainability goals, and applicable codes. </li><li>Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to support technical integration and project execution. </li><li>Oversee design implementation from concept through construction to ensure adherence to design intent. </li><li>Apply quality control standards to ensure accurate, compliant design documentation. </li><li>Mentor junior designers and promote cross-disciplinary collaboration. </li><li>Contribute to firmwide design critiques, discussions, research initiatives, and community outreach. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Degree in Architecture or equivalent relevant experience. </li><li>Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience, specifically within healthcare. </li><li>Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BSD Spec Link. </li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing design excellence, technical capability, and project leadership. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with health and wellness or education facility design. </li><li>Advanced Revit expertise. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Join one of the nation's largest A&E firms offering strong career growth and advancement opportunities.
