Ridiculously passionate about the company's success, growth, and program quality.</p> <p>Service Delivery</p> <p>Utilize assessment tools and social history to identify the unique needs of the individual</p> <p>Plan, Lead and Execute daily treatment groups</p> <p>Utilize Trauma Informed Care approach and techniques in service delivery</p> <p>Data Entry</p> <p>Ensure all documentation is accurate and timely when entered into the electronic health record</p> <p>Navigate the electronic health record to gather information needed to best serve individuals</p> <p>Program Support</p> <p>Assist individuals with skill development and activities based on level of functioning</p> <p>Collaborate with various program leaders to ensure continuity of care</p> <p>Productivity</p> <p>Develop group activities in accordance with the treatment needs identified in the Individual Service Plan.</p> <p>Ensure compliance of certification and program requirements through ongoing training and development</p> <p>Corporate Citizen</p> <p>Practice Ruthless Pragmatism</p> <p>Engage in peer to peer feedback</p> <p>Know and Live the Necco Corporate Culture Principles</p> <p>Embody the 3 essential virtues of Humble, Hungry and Smart</p> <p>Drive your Individual Performance Scorecard</p> <p>Adhere to and contribute to the Necco meeting structure</p> <p>Position Qualifications</p> <p>Associate's Degree, Bachelor's preferred</p> <p>1-2 years experience working with youth who have developmental or cognitive delays</p> <p>Must complete Autism Certification within first six months of employment</p> <p>Valid driver's license</p> <p>100/300/100 Auto Insurance Coverage</p> <p>Training and Travel willingness</p> <p>Successful completion of all required criminal background checks</p> <p>Must possess the skills to navigate and execute software programs (i.e Microsoft Office, Database, Electronic Health Record, Dashboard)</p>
