<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain image collateral and perform system administrative tasks to support the Web to Print platform by building and managing E-Commerce products </li><li>Sustain brand standards within the system while coordinating image runtime schedules and overseeing system monitoring and upkeep </li><li>Communicate regularly with the Web to Print vendor and administer user profiles to ensure smooth operations </li><li>Train staff on applicable system use and report system metrics to leadership at predetermined intervals </li><li>Ensure product data accuracy, consistency, and completeness, addressing any discrepancies promptly </li><li>Analyze product data quality metrics and implement action plans to enhance product catalog performance </li><li>Ensure all products delivered comply with ABC laws and company guidelines while handling customer service requests and managing workflow documentation and job tracking </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree and 3 plus years of related experience in Graphic Design or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 6 plus years of specific experience </li><li>Certificate in Computer Graphics or related field </li><li>Knowledge and ease of use for MS Office Suite and graphics software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat) </li><li>Proficient with PCs and MACs, file hierarchy, naming conventions, file types/formats and conversion factors (raster to vector; bitmap to GIF, TIF, PNG, etc.) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree </li><li>FTP management </li><li>Experience in system configuration, HTML/XML, large format digital printing, and proficiency in ONYX HUB/Thrive </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
