The clinical nurse participates in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance the patient plan of care, achieve outcomes and enhance operational efficiency. This position may perform duties associated with symptom-management, direct in-clinic patient care, and/or telehealth patient care and quality improvement activities.</p> <p>Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00. No weekends, no holidays, no on call. Opportunity to work remotely 1 day per week after completion of training.</p> <ul> <li>Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred. </li><li>Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. </li><li>Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. </li><li>Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. </li><li>Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. </li><li>May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction. </li><li>Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse. </li></ul>
