We support cardiac imaging programs nationwide, and we're looking for a seasoned leader to oversee clinical/technical start-ups and ongoing operations across the Southeast region.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>As the Regional Director of Operations - Southeast, you'll be responsible for the smooth and efficient site preparation, customer start-ups, and ongoing operations for CDL's cardiac PET, PET/CT, and SPECT customers (mobile and fixed). You'll be the operational "quarterback" ensuring equipment readiness, clinical training, radiation safety, vendor coordination, and customer satisfaction are executed at a high level.</p> <p>You'll drive impact by:</p> <p>Leading new customer clinical/technical start-ups in partnership with the Vice President of Operations</p> <p>Directly interfacing with hospital stakeholders (administrators, physicians, technologists, nurses), plus CDL sales/leadership, physicists, and equipment providers</p> <p>Overseeing equipment installation, calibration, upgrades, relocations, and vendor/OEM scheduling and coordination</p> <p>Managing site preparation activities required for equipment installation and go-live readiness</p> <p>Coordinating and supporting clinical training for staff and client physicians; maintaining ongoing technologist competence</p> <p>Supporting technical and operational needs tied to isotope/generator supply and imaging assets</p> <p>Ensuring ongoing operations run efficiently and teams are comfortable with all processes within the Cardiac PET lab environment</p> <p>Partnering closely with Clinical Account Managers and Project Managers to deliver operational objectives and resolve client issues</p> <p>Ensuring client personnel follow ALARA principles and supporting radiation program management/accreditation needs</p> <p>Providing progress and issue updates to customers and internal leadership (weekly/monthly/as requested)</p> <p>Maintaining CDL business and patient confidentiality and supporting quality/process improvement initiatives</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <p>Degree in Nuclear Medicine (Preferred)</p> <p>Board certified by NMTCB and/or ARRT (Preferred)</p> <p>3-5 years of Director-level experience in Nuclear Cardiology / PET management (Required)</p> <p>Strong clinical/technical nuclear cardiac training capability plus excellent communication, organization, and relationship skills</p> <p>Professionalism and poise in conflict, emergencies, and changing priorities</p> <p>Willingness to travel to customer sites to oversee projects and operational execution</p> <p>What CDL Nuclear Offers</p> <p>Competitive compensation</p> <p>Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance</p> <p>Short-Term Disability</p> <p>Company-paid Long-Term Disability</p> <p>Company-paid Life & AD&D Insurance</p> <p>401(k) with company match</p> <p>Paid Holidays & PTO</p> <p>Training & professional development</p> <p>Career advancement opportunities</p> <p>Employee referral program</p> <p>CDL Nuclear Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p> <p>All employment decisions are based on individual merit and business needs.</p>
