Our entire leadership team is a combination of PTs and OTs who regularly treat patients, so we understand the issues you face every day.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>SportsCare & Armworks is excited to welcome a dedicated and motivated Occupational or Physical therapist to join our large hand team with an enthusiastic attitude to grow and develop their skills?as a hand therapist in our Salem clinic location for immediate hire. We are proud to offer a mentorship program for Occupational or Physical therapists who are interested in becoming a CHT. We have a well-defined and proven mentorship program that has allowed us to walk alongside 1-2 therapists a year over the past 10 years to achieve their CHT goal!</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum. </li><li>Current state of OR occupational therapy license, current CHT license, CPR certification. </li><li>Experience in splinting preferred, or a strong willingness to learn splinting techniques. </li><li>A therapist that is a coach, guide and educator for their patients. </li><li>Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic. </li><li>A passion for occupational therapy, hand therapy and patient care. </li><li>Enjoys working in a dynamic and multi therapist team environment. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Salary Range: $93,000 - $109,000, dependent upon hand therapy experience</p> <p>Please note that there is a different salary scale for non-CHTs.
