<p>Job Description</p> <p>This role is based in Boston, MA.</p> <ul> <li>This position offers a competitive compensation package of $70,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus additional commission opportunities. </li><li>Applications will be accepted through June 23, 2025, when the listing closes. </li></ul> <p>Your Role</p> <p>As a Business Development Manager, you will report to the Commercial Director for Real Estate Events. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth and manage accounts for sponsors. Your expertise may also be utilized for other events within the Global Finance vertical as needed.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Revenue Generation</p> </li><li> <p>Secure sponsorship and exhibition revenues aligned with portfolio needs and personal targets</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain a robust pipeline of forecasted opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>New Business Development</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and qualify strategic selling opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Target key markets and clients for business expansion</p> </li><li> <p>Relationship Management</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and nurture key accounts and existing client relationships</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and convert cross-selling and up-selling opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Proposal Creation</p> </li><li> <p>Craft high-quality proposals and contracts to facilitate the sales process</p> </li><li> <p>Provide innovative solutions based on a deep understanding of event inventory</p> </li><li> <p>Cross-Team Collaboration</p> </li><li> <p>Partner effectively with internal Marketing, Operations, and Production teams</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure accurate delivery of client and event requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Market Expertise</p> </li><li> <p>Build a comprehensive understanding of the Real Estate market</p> </li><li> <p>Stay informed about clients and competitors in the industry</p> </li><li> <p>Brand Representation</p> </li><li> <p>Attend key competitor events to showcase our brand</p> </li><li> <p>Build valuable connections within the industry</p> </li></ul> <p>Your Impact</p> <p>As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sponsorship revenue growth for our Real Estate events.
