<p>Job Title: Environmental Technician - 2nd Shift</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Technician to join our dynamic team in Hatfield, PA. This role is an entry-level opportunity to work with a leading team in the waste management industry, offering a solid path for career advancement and professional growth.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Transport labeled drums of waste to designated areas. </li><li>Identify and detect substances within drums. </li><li>Load and offload drums onto trucks safely. </li><li>Separate hazardous waste from non-hazardous waste and organize them in the warehouse accordingly. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or Chemistry, or one-year experience in a related industry. </li><li>Strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>OSHA 40 certification. </li><li>40-Hour Hazwoper certification (a plus if not already obtained). </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The work environment consists of both indoor and outdoor settings, requiring the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day. Employees must be able to stand and walk over uneven surfaces for extended periods and work in all climate conditions, as well as in non-climate-controlled indoor spaces.
