<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>The Instructor reports directly to the Dean. The primary responsibilities of the faculty member are to teach courses by providing systematically planned and delivered instruction; to design and develop curriculum; evaluate student performance; and to advise students. The program area is the Construction and Industrial Electrician degree including all EEM courses ranging from DC/AC circuits, Commercial/ Industrial wiring, Motor Controls, DC/AC machines and Electrical Codes.</p> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <p>This position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering technology, or an associate degree in Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, Instrumentation Technology, or related field, plus two (2) years of related work experience.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Ideal candidate will meet minimum qualifications, have a master electrician license, and have experience as a commercial/industrial electrician. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential. Must function in an environment characterized by continual changes in information technology.
