"Safety First" expectations include, but are not limited to;</p> </li><li> <p>Pre-Job Hazardous Assessment,</p> </li><li> <p>Job Risk Review</p> </li><li> <p>Identifying Hi Potential Risk</p> </li><li> <p>Performing Audits and Observations</p> </li><li> <p>Follow all company/ site safety guidelines and procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Operations and maintenance of all {HVAC) heating, ventilation & air conditioning system, to include window units, (PTAC's) packaged terminal air conditioners, condensers, evaporators,</p> </li></ol> <p>(RTU's) rooftop units, air cooled chillers. Light maintenance & PMs of water-cooled chillers, cooling towers and all associated rotating equipment to include pumps, fan motors, gearboxes etc.</p> <ol start="8"> <li> <p>Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems, to include panel boards, transformers, motor control centers, emergency generators and safety disconnects. Repair or replace non-energized receptacles, switches, breakers, ballast, light fixtures, exit signs, emergency lighting and indoor/outdoor lighting during LOTO.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and repair plumbing systems to include lift stations, water pumps, bathroom fixtures, flush valves and minor drain maintenance as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Repair or replacement of windows, doors, flooring, siding, patching drywall, painting and other construction related items for maintaining the facilities</p> </li><li> <p>Use hand and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance ranging from a complete overhaul to replacing defective components that meet the manufacturer's specifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Record relevant events and facts concerning operation and maintenance in an equipment log.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop a strong customer service-oriented relationship with clients, employees and managers.</p> </li><li> <p>Solve client facilities-related problems.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct day-to-day activities necessary to provide for the safety and comfort of the facility occupants.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a spare parts inventory to include maintenance & plumbing supplies, hardware, air filters, belts, motors, pumps, lights, ballast, fixtures, electrical supplies and minor construction supplies in the most efficient and cost-, effective manner possible.</p> </li><li> <p>Execute preventive maintenance programs to protect the value and extend the life of all facility equipment to ensure cost-effective operation.</p> </li><li> <p>Report on all emergency situations</p> </li><li> <p>Exhibit professional appearance, including proper maintenance of company uniforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Practice client processes and procedures.</p> </li></ol> <p>Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
