<p>Title: Lead Custodian</p> <p>Location: Kennewick, WA (Resort at Hansen Park)</p> <p>Pay: $22.00 $24.00/hour</p> <p>This is not a typical custodial role. At the Resort at Hansen Park, cleanliness is part of the experience. Were creating a high-end, resort-style community where every space feels intentional, polished, and resident-ready always. Were looking for a Lead Custodian who takes ownership of their environment, sets the standard, and is ready to step into a leadership role as the property continues to grow.</p> <p>What Youll Do</p> <ul> <li>Maintain cleanliness across Club 10, fitness areas, lounges, restrooms, and shared spaces </li><li>Ensure all areas consistently meet a high-end, resort-level standard </li><li>Perform routine and deep cleaning (floors, glass, surfaces, high-touch areas) </li><li>Monitor and maintain outdoor entry areas and first impressions </li><li>Serve as the on-site lead for custodial operations </li><li>Help train and guide future team members as the team expands </li><li>Manage inventory, ordering, and organization of all cleaning supplies </li><li>Operate and maintain commercial cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums) </li><li>Coordinate with vendors for specialty services like carpet cleaning and window washing </li><li>Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with cleaning standards </li></ul> <p>What Were Looking For</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of custodial or janitorial experience (commercial, hospitality, or multifamily preferred) </li><li>Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and products </li><li>Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards </li><li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities </li><li>Organized and proactive with inventory and supply management </li><li>Leadership mindset or prior lead experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Schedule</p> <ul> <li>SundayThursday early morning schedule (starting as early as 3:00 AM) </li><li>Additional hours scheduled throughout the week based on property needs </li><li>Flexibility to support occasional weekends or special projects </li></ul> <p>If you take pride in your work, notice the details others miss, and want to be part of building something at a higher standard, this is the role for you.</p>
