At Motus, we're revolutionizing the manufacturing industry and seeking a passionate, forward-thinking Continuous Improvement Manager to help us make an impact and drive this position to new heights.</p> <p>A successful candidate will be high energy, driven, resourceful and a problem solver.</p> <p>As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will report directly to the Plant Manager and you will be responsible for leading the CI initiatives designed to eliminate non-value-added activities while improving operations excellence at the plant with emphasis on sustainable development.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain Customer scorecard reporting process to track performance and drive continuous improvement </li><li>Identify, coach and lead cross-functional teams in lean projects and events </li><li>Set vision and milestones for achievement at all levels of the organization </li><li>Full understanding of the P&L and demonstrates ability to support EBITDA improvement through project definition and completion </li><li>Data driven in actions, decision making and reporting </li><li>Break down barriers and generate excitement around continuous improvement activities by generating a total CI culture. </li><li>Demonstrate strong leadership skills through personal performance and enhancement in the performance other individuals and overall team </li><li>Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to coach and mentor teams through practical applications </li></ul> <p>Minimum Skills and Experience Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or Engineering required </li><li>5+ years of experience in manufacturing </li><li>Six Sigma Black Belt, preferred </li><li>Multi-plant experience with global responsibility a plus </li><li>Automotive industry experience a plus </li></ul> <p>Who We Are:</p> <p>Motus Integrated Technologies is a dynamic, half-billion-dollar global leader in manufacturing high-quality headliners, interior trim, and fiber solution products for the automotive industry.
