<p>Follow instructions and established procedures to provide courteous service to snack bar customers.</p> <p>Education and Experience</p> <p>The ability to read, write, and follow instructions.</p> <p>The ability to count cash, make change and communicate well with the public.</p> <p>At least 3 months food service experience.</p> <p>Skills and Knowledge</p> <p>FOR CONSIDERATION FOR THIS POSITION, PLEASE COMPLETE AN ONLINE APPLICATION.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Take between 300-1200 customer orders daily and serve them.</p> <p>Use POS terminal to add cost of food, collect money and make change.</p> <p>Balance and reconcile cash to cash register tapes.</p> <p>May be required to take weekly inventory of products.</p> <p>Prepare a variety of simple foods including french fries, hamburgers, hot dogs, soups, sandwiches, etc.</p> <p>Prepare and dispense coffee, tea and other beverages.</p> <p>Wash dishes, cooking utensils, counter space, etc.</p> <p>Observe safety and health regulations and maintain highest standards of sanitation.</p> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Standing 85% - 100% of the shift </li><li>Frequent bending at the waist; able to bend to below the knee </li><li>Frequent stooping and/or crouching </li><li>Frequent walking back and forth throughout the counter area, stock room and food preparation areas </li><li>Frequent twisting and bending of head, neck, and torso </li><li>Full range of arm movement (extension, twisting, and bending of arm and shoulder, reaching overhead, stirring and mixing, wiping, etc.) </li><li>Wrist and finger dexterity (i.e. ability to use tongs, scissors) </li><li>Able to lift up to 50lbs from the floor to waist height </li><li>Able to lift up to 30 lbs. overhead </li><li>Able to push up to 50 lbs. and pull up to 40 lbs. </li><li>Wrist and finger dexterity (i.e. ability to use tongs, scissors, pen, fine motor skills, press buttons for data entry on computer, calculator, electronic K5 machines etc.) </li><li>Listening to and communicating with customers and staff </li><li>Visual and cognitive capability sufficient to read and follow instructions, recipes etc. </li><li>Bending from waist to below the knee </li></ul> <p>Tools/Equipment</p> <p>Operate a variety of equipment, including a computerized POS terminal, food slicer, grill, deep fryer, convention oven, steamer, dish washer, etc.</p> <p>Application Instructions</p> <p>In addition to completing an online application, please attach a resume and cover letter.</p>
