Here, you'll find a committed team and a community that values compassionate care.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Position Description:</p> <ul> <li>Provide a mix of obstetrics and gynecologic care in both inpatient and outpatient settings </li><li>Schedule: 25 patient contact office hours/week, surgery 1/2 day each week (outside patient office contact hours) </li><li>Call Schedule: 2 restricted in house call shifts each month, unrestricted call 1:3 (one day during week and every 3rd weekend) </li><li>Average Deliveries: 7-12 per month per physician </li><li>Clinic Volume: 20 patients per session </li><li>Robotics: Available </li><li>EMR: Epic </li><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including midwives, nurses, and support staff </li><li>Base Salary: $350,000 - $425,000 + productivity bonus </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology </li><li>Active or eligible for Illinois medical license </li><li>Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills </li><li>Commitment to providing comprehensive women's health services in a community-focused setting </li></ul> <p>Pay Transparency</p> <p>Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $350,000-425,000 on an annualized basis.
