Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Greets all guests with a smile and a helpful demeanor</p> <ul> <li>Provides information and directions to guests as requested </li><li>Reacts appropriately to all comments/complaints/issues in a prompt and friendly manner </li><li>Ensures a safe and fun environment for all guests, staff, sponsors and partners </li><li>Works safely, following all established safety rules and regulations </li><li>Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests </li><li>Ensures the safety of guests and employees </li><li>Controls access to assigned areas </li><li>Allows or disallows admission to assigned areas based on credentials </li><li>Patrols assigned areas as directed </li><li>Responds to emergencies as trained </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Must be able to work 12-hour shifts</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work weekends, holidays and nights as needed </li><li>Must present an overall clean, neat appearance, and report to work in appropriate attire </li><li>Must possess a valid state issued driver's license to operate a company-issues golf cart </li><li>Must be able to speak, read and write English </li><li>Must be able to pass a background verification </li></ul>
