This newly created, visible role will drive budget and forecast consolidations, monthly company reporting, and administration of financial planning and data warehouse tools. The position will be in the Boston, MA region and with hybrid or remote flexibility.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage budget and forecast consolidations </li><li>Oversee monthly company reporting </li><li>Administer financial planning and data warehouse tools </li><li>Develop and enhance internal reporting packages </li><li>Partner across functions to improve processes* BS/BA in Accounting or Finance </li><li>3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience </li><li>Admin experience with Adaptive Planning - required </li><li>Experience building and managing financial dashboards and reporting - required </li><li>Experience with AI for reporting/reconciliations </li><li>Strong knowledge of financial statements and US GAAP </li><li>Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel/VBA, PowerPoint, Power BI) - required </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills </li><li>SQL/Python and biotech experience a plus </li></ul>
