<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Dishwasher/Utility Position is responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, dishes, floors, and utensils.</p> <p>Objectives</p> <p>Interacts professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.</p> <p>Performs quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.</p> <p>Works effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.</p> <p>Works independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.</p> <p>Cleaning Services</p> <p>Collects sorts and washes dishes. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans. Sweeps and mops floors.</p> <p>Compliance</p> <p>Complies with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.</p> <p>Sanitation</p> <p>Assists in back dock organization and proper trash & waste receptacle treatment.</p> <p>Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.</p> <p>Set up and Preparation</p> <p>Assists with the set up of special events or additional kitchen spaces.
