<p>Overview</p> <p>XO Sales Consultants are responsible for developing relationships with current and new customers via phone/email outreach, inbound lead generation and network utilization. Consultants work closely with a VP of Sales to manage and build their teams book of business while improving their own sales capabilities. This position is a stepping stone to become a Director of Sales and managing your own book of business. This position is compensated at $24 - $26.55 per hour.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Contacting corporations and high net-worth individuals (HNWIs) to qualify them as users of private aviation. Work with VP of Sales to create playbook to win their business. </li><li>Continuously building prospect lists by initiating phone and email discussions through cold outreach. </li><li>Preparing tailored email cadences and outreach sequences to drive client/prospect interaction. </li><li>Handling incoming call and email requests from prospects and customers. </li><li>Conducting research to better improve the CRM database and build richer profiles to understand client's needs. </li><li>Ensuring the database is accurate and up-to-date at all times - including logging calls, emails and information after sales meetings. </li><li>Reaching out to previous members and lost sales opportunities to learn more about the accounts and rebuild relationships. </li><li>Setting face-to-face and virtual meetings for VP of Sales. </li><li>Understanding customer trip needs and articulating options that best suit their requirements. </li><li>Maintain continued customer contact post-sale to ensure efficient and effective account management. </li><li>Conduct frequent check-ins with clients and be readily available for ad-hoc queries or feedback. </li><li>Providing weekly & monthly KPI reports - including lead source tracking, calls made, emails sent, meetings set, activities accomplished and closed/won deals. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills and Experience</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of sales experience in inbound or outbound selling </li><li>Strong understanding of CRM (Salesforce & Salesloft) and sales pipeline management </li><li>Comfortable with presenting and selling to HNWI's and C-suite executives. </li><li>Organized and self-motivated </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proactive approach to problem solving. </li><li>Comfortable with a fast-paced sales environment and capable of prioritizing competing needs </li><li>Previous experience in the aviation industry is not required but desired. </li></ul>
