<p>Description</p> <p>Five Iron Golf is the country's premier indoor golf and entertainment experience, with 26 locations nationwide and more on the way. Five Iron Golf's core mission is to seamlessly meld golf and entertainment, and in the process make golf inclusive and accessible for all.</p> <p>The Golf Experience Associate is responsible for guiding guests through their Five Iron Golf experience, acting as their host to ensure satisfaction and engagement. You'll focus on making sure they enjoy all the fun that golf and Five Iron have to offer!</p> <p>Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Provide a fun golf experience from check in to check out </li><li>Gamify the experience for fun and energy </li><li>Take pride and ownership of each Guest's enjoyment and fun at Five Iron Golf </li><li>Serve as the in-house expert on our golf simulator technology and use your expertise to ensure guests have the best possible experience, highlighting everything Five Iron Golf has to offer </li><li>Connect guests with other offerings in the Five Iron catalog, such as leagues, memberships, swing evaluations, and club fittings </li><li>Maintain extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings </li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all of our products and business lines </li><li>Maintain a clean and presentable facility </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Golf, Sales and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required </li><li>Strong customer service skills </li><li>Upbeat energy and enthusiasm </li><li>Positive attitude </li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work with a team </li><li>Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time </li><li>Proficient oral communication skills </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs </li><li>Must obtain proper licensing/certifications for food/beverage handling </li></ul> <p>Benefits (*applies only to full-time employees):</p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision insurance* </li><li>Long and Short Term Disability* </li><li>Accident and Critical Illness Insurance* </li><li>401K * </li><li>Meals while working are included for free </li></ul> <p>Pay: $10 / hr + tips and commission</p> <p>Job Type: Part-time, non-exempt</p> <p>Hours: Vary by week; Weekday afternoons/nights, and weekends</p> <p>Five Iron Golf is committed to celebrating diversity and creating an inclusive environment for employees of all backgrounds.
