<p>The Senior Manager, Integrated Planning & Material Control is the strategic leader responsible for developing, maintaining, and advancing the planning, scheduling, and material readiness model for M&S Operations. This role defines the planning philosophy, governs scheduling and MRP standards, and leads the rollout of an integrated planning system that enables predictable, capacity-aligned execution of the well-written plan.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>Planning Strategy:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and evolve the planning and scheduling strategy for M&S Operations. </li><li>Define rules for replanning, release criteria, workable/nonworkable logic, and schedule stability. </li><li>Establish how forecasted workload is incorporated into MRP and capacity planning models. </li><li>Provide strategic recommendations based on performance data and operational insights. </li></ul> <p>Implementation & Change Leadership:</p> <ul> <li>Build and manage the roadmap to implement the future-state planning model. </li><li>Lead change management and drive adoption of new planning behaviors across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program teams. </li><li>Standardize planning practices and ensure consistent application across all value streams. </li></ul> <p>Governance:</p> <ul> <li>Own planning, scheduling, and MRP governance within M&S Operations. </li><li>Maintain a stable, executable 0-90 day schedule aligned with factory capacity. </li><li>Ensure planning data integrity and adherence to defined planning processes. </li></ul> <p>Capacity, Demand & Risk Integration:</p> <ul> <li>Lead capacity planning, workload modeling, and scenario evaluations for M&S. </li><li>Conduct schedule risk assessments and define strategic mitigations. </li><li>Align demand signals, material readiness, and capacity constraints into a cohesive planning system. </li></ul> <p>Organizational Leadership:</p> <ul> <li>Lead planners, material controllers, and the material control supervisor. </li><li>Build capability in planning fundamentals, capacity analysis, and MRP management. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years in planning, scheduling, materials, or manufacturing operations. </li><li>Experience developing or governing planning and scheduling frameworks. </li><li>Strong understanding of MRP behavior, capacity planning, and schedule risk. </li><li>Demonstrated leadership in complex, cross-functional environments. </li><li>Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain an Active DoD Secret Clearance. </li></ul> <p>Desired Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working with S4/HANA or similar ERP/reporting systems preferred. </li></ul> <p>Education/ Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. </li></ul>
