If these are resonating with you, then you are in the right place.</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting and hiring process and ensuring a smooth, engaging onboarding experience for new employees. This role focuses on attracting top talent, coordinating hiring activities, and helping new hires successfully integrate into the organization. The Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in shaping the end-to-end employee experience, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and high-quality journey from first interaction through long-term retention.</p> <p>Role and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Recruitment & Hiring</p> <ul> <li>Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer process) </li><li>Collaborate with Leaders to understand staffing needs and role requirements ahead of job posting (Mission Statement, 30/60/90, Interview Prep detail etc.) </li><li>Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, social media, and networking </li><li>Support and collaborate with external staffing partners as needed </li><li>Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews </li><li>Coordinate candidate logistics, including booking travel (flights, hotels, rental cars) for interviews, as needed </li><li>Collaborate closely with Leaders through candidate evaluation, interview, and final selection phases </li><li>Prepare offer letters, agreements, and new hire documentation </li><li>Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment and hiring process </li><li>Track and report recruitment metrics </li></ul> <p>Onboarding & Orientation</p> <ul> <li>Create, coordinate, and execute onboarding processes that ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared </li><li>Partner with Leaders to create onboarding plans and training schedules </li><li>Coordinate new hire logistics, including booking travel (flights, hotels, rental cars) for onboarding and training as needed </li><li>Serve as primary point of contact and maintain positive and informative communication with new hires between offer acceptance and start date </li><li>Facilitate new hire orientation and company introductions </li><li>Ensure completion of all onboarding paperwork and compliance requirements </li></ul> <p>Employee Experience</p> <ul> <li>Own and enhance the end-to-end candidate and employee experience from first contact through onboarding and long-term retention </li><li>Serve as a key driver of Buechel Stone Corp's Clear Career Navigator process, partnering with Leaders to ensure a structured and consistent new hire experience through the first 90-days and beyond. </li><li>Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives </li><li>Promote company culture, values, and well-being initiatives </li><li>Gather feedback from employees to continuously improve processes and identify new hire experience factors that impact employee retention </li><li>Track and report retention metrics </li></ul> <p>Process Improvement & Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS </li><li>Partner with Leaders to maintain up to date job descriptions, mission statements, and 30/60/90 plans </li><li>Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes comply with labor laws and company policies </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve hiring and onboarding efficiency </li><li>Support employer branding and talent acquisition strategies </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field </li><li>Minimum 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition </li><li>Strong knowledge of hiring practices and onboarding processes </li><li>Experience with ATS and HRIS systems </li><li>Technologically Proficient </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing </li><li>Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements </li><li>Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously </li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills </li></ul> <p>Key Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Relationship building </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Communication </li><li>Organizational skills </li><li>Adaptability </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Full-Time, Monday through Friday, On-Site, Office Setting </li></ul>
