Our expertise in material sciences, coupled with Response Technologies' additive manufacturing and innovative processes, continues to strengthen our position as industry leaders. https://www\.responsetechs\.com/</p> <p>Facilities Engineer (Industrial Engineer), Coventry RI</p> <p>As the Facilities Engineer, you will oversee maintenance activities, manage construction projects, and enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality within our manufacturing facility.</p> <p>You will contribute to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives by implementing safer and more environmentally friendly operations.</p> <p>Additionally, you will collaborate with the Facilities & EHS Manager and/or external contractors to ensure the successful execution of project deliverables.</p> <p>This position is onsite in Coventry, Rhode Island.</p> <p>What you'll be doing as a Facilities Engineer:</p> <p>Designing efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, information, and energy.</p> <p>Analyzing production processes to identify areas for improvement.</p> <p>Implementing quality control procedures.</p> <p>Developing ergonomic solutions to improve worker safety and comfort.</p> <p>Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards</p> <p>Work with internal maintenance team and/or external contractors to execute project deliverables</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Skills You Bring to This Role:</p> <p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)</p> <p>Manufacturing production knowledge</p> <p>Manufacturing automation experience</p> <p>Good understanding of safety programs for manufacturing preferred</p> <p>What you need to be successful:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering field.</p> </li><li> <p>At least 2 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a Manufacturing Environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred, Software Knowledge: AutoCAD.</p> </li></ul> <p>What we offer you in return:</p> <p>You'll be off every Friday with our 4x10 work schedule80 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO)120 hours Vacation time12-13 paid holidays per year6 weeks parental leaveTuition reimbursementCompetitive salaryComprehensive health insuranceAccess to Employee Resource GroupsAnd so much moreIt's time to make your mark on the future of aviation.
