<p>POSITION SUMMARY Reports To: Director of Quality Summary: Responsible for the oversight, management, and quality outcomes of publicly reported and predetermined performance standards of medical staff and the organization to include both inpatient and outpatient services.# Reviews, evaluates, interprets, develops reports, and provides end-user assistance, which involves the analysis, identification of problem needs, making decisions of the design and implementation of solutions, and identifying required system/process adaptations.# Works closely with quality vendors and IT to ensure the integrity of data.# He/she works closely with Regulatory Compliance, Quality, Physician Credentialing and the Infection Control Program. Employee assists the patient experience program and provider experience program. Must stay up to date on evolving regulatory guidelines and be able to make appropriate professional judgments. Employee normally performs the duty assignments with broad parameters defined by general organizational regulations and procedures. Total results determine effectiveness of job performance.# Ensure knowledge management of key processes. Work Schedule: N/A SKILLS # ABILITIES Education Bachelor#s Degree (four-year college or university) Experience One to two years related experience Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, email and basic computer skills for other software used throughout the hospital for your area of responsibility. Certificates # Licenses RN preferred, would consider other clinical experience. Other Requirements Strong broad clinical knowledge.
