In addition, demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience </li><li>Must have 10+ years of development experience with 7+ years of recent experience in Java development </li><li>Must have 2+ years of experience leading and managing software engineering teams, with a focus on individual growth and overall team performance. </li><li>Proficient in automation and continuous delivery methods </li><li>Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle </li><li>Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security and Practical cloud native experience </li><li>In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems </li><li>Experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and expertise in technology disciplines </li><li>Very good exposure of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. </li><li>Hands on experience working with APIs (especially Open API), ensuring efficient communication and integration between different systems. </li><li>Proven record of providing end-user support with excellent problem-solving abilities. </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience working at code level. </li><li>Experience with Kafka </li><li>Enthusiasm for learning new technologies, with a focus on public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. </li></ul>
