This role leads the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability through in-depth research and best practice.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Production Monitoring: Track and monitor production metrics such as volume, efficiency, and quality. Provide detailed reports to management, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and produce data-driven analysis. </li><li>Process Optimization: Analyze existing manufacturing processes using tools like flowcharts and process maps to identify areas for improvement. </li><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to gather inputs and drive process improvements. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. </li><li>Experience: Extensive experience in business analysis, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
